Course transfer policy

We understand that circumstances change. If you find you cannot attend the course on which you have booked but you can arrange for someone else to come in your place, that is no problem. Please telephone us as soon as possible and we will amend the booking. There will be no extra charge.

Course transfers are always subject to availability, and are subject to a £10 administration fee per person. In addition the following conditions and charges apply.

28 OR MORE DAYS NOTICE

We will transfer you to another course of your choice.

BETWEEN 14 AND 28 DAYS NOTICE

We will transfer you to another course of your choice. However, if we are unable to fill your place you will be charged 25% of your course fee as well as the administration fee.

BETWEEN 7 AND 14 DAYS NOTICE

We will transfer you to another course of your choice. However, if we are unable to fill your place you will be charged 50% of your course fee as well as the administration fee.

BETWEEN 3 AND 6 DAYS NOTICE

We will transfer you to another course of your choice. However, if we are unable to fill your place you will be charged 75% of your course fee as well as the administration fee.

LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE

We will transfer you to another course of your choice. However, if we are unable to fill your place we will transfer you to another course of your choice but you will, unfortunately, forfeit the whole course fee. You will also need to pay the full cost of the course you transfer to.

Course cancellation policy

In all cases a £10 Administration fee applies.

28 OR MORE DAYS NOTICE

A full refund will be given less the administration fee.

BETWEEN 14 AND 28 DAYS NOTICE

If we are able to fill your place you will receive a full refund. However if we are unable to fill your place you will receive a 75% refund.

BETWEEN 7 AND 14 DAYS NOTICE

If we are able to fill your place you will receive a full refund. However, if we are unable to fill your place you will receive a 50% refund.

BETWEEN 3 AND 6 DAYS NOTICE

If we are able to fill your place you will receive a full refund. However, if we are unable to fill your place you will receive a 25% refund.

LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE

If we are able to fill your place you will receive a full refund However, if we are unable to fill your place no refund will be available.

Whilst the dates and prices are correct at the time of publishing, Tideswell School of Food reserves the right to make alterations to dates, times, and course content.

If through unavoidable circumstances or for other reasons Tideswell School of Food has to cancel or postpone a course, a transfer to another course of at least the same value or full refund will be offered.

We cannot be liable for any other costs that may have been incurred in connection with the booking such as accommodation or travel, and recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover these costs.
